Trust God’s Plan
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For as we share abundantly in Christ's sufferings, so through Christ we share abundantly in comfort too. (2 Corinthians 1:3-5)
My parents got divorced when I was about 10-years old. For the next several years of my life, it was chaos. I had deep, deep pain in my life that I would carry for many years. When I look at that part of my life now, I realize that God has used this difficulty in my life because I speak to an entire generation that is broken by divorce.
Many marriages are falling apart today. God is using the pain in my life so I can better understand the struggles in other people's lives. God can take chaos and make some sense out of it. You need to trust God's plan because He wants to use your situation for His Glory.
Because God is in charge, we can trust His plan. Sometimes, we have trouble believing this because we are focused on the chaos instead of His plan. God wants us to trust His plan and not get so laser-focused on the chaos. We need to understand that God has a plan.
In creation, God was completely in charge, and He created this planet in six days and put life on the planet. Beginning with creation and all throughout Scripture, God takes chaos and brings everything back to order. As His children, we need to understand that we are part of His plan. God wants us to allow Him the freedom to carry out His plan. You simply need to release your control over the situation and trust His plan.

There are so many innocent people that are living in worse situations than me. I grieve for those people and I know God grieves a lot more for those people
