Jesus Intercedes for You
Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died – more than that, who was raised to life – is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. (Romans 8:34)
Take a moment to think about the last time someone said, “I’m praying for you.” How did you feel when you heard those words? For me, hearing that someone is praying for me is very encouraging. It is a wonderful thing when someone carves out time in their day to lift you up to our Heavenly Father.
Do you realize that Jesus is praying for us all the time? Some of the last words Jesus said before He died were prayers for all of humanity. Right now, He is praying to His Father for you. He is praying for your family, your marriage, and your friendships. He is praying for your heart as you are navigating the seasons of waiting, disappointment and uncertainty. He is constantly interceding on your behalf. We should be very encouraged to know that Jesus is praying for us.
Don’t just skim over this passage in your Bible and take it for granted. When you hear that your friends and family are praying for you, it means a lot. Can you comprehend that the Savior of the world is taking time right now to pray for you? This is one of the incredible things about having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Whatever you are walking through today, I encourage you to confidently bring your prayers to your Heavenly Father. As you do, I hope you will find comfort in knowing that Jesus is praying right along with you.

I needed to hear this today,i am filled with anxiety and I want to know the peace of God, I am
a christian but i let fear take over and then i ask God to forgive me and trust His Word.
I know Jesus loves me. It is hard for me to believe that I am being prayed for when the situation still continues. Maybe I am not saying the right words. Whenever I ask someone to pray for me and the situation things get worse.
Betty, Pray that the Lord gives you guidance and direction. Ask why the situation continues? Is He preparing you for something in His timing? Something greater? Is He molding you for a challenge of faith? I've noticed a lot of time when situations continue in my life that I might not enjoy, He is preparing me for something greater, for experience, for spiritual growth, and so on. God doesn't give us more than we can handle. I know at times that is on the human thought of well, it feels that way, but in reality, God is always there for us. We can ride on His glory, ride on His spirit, and keep on praying when things get tough. Just know, Betty, God loves you more than we could ever comprehend in our minds. We just have to be faithful and believe in our hearts. God is our heart. Amen.
Prayers this morning for you, Rick and your daughter for the relationship for dad and daughter ðŸ™.
Each Day I ask The LORD who I should 🙠for. He's always in My thoughts of All he has done in My life. I PRAISE Him for His LOVE and For His Mercy. . Thank You !
I am praying for you, Rick, and for your daughter Brittany. May God bless you both and bring you together and have a good loving relationship. I understand how you feel because I have the same situation with my daughter for over 20 years. I have trust and pray that God will reunite us again.
