A Call To God’s Church
But concerning that day or that hour, no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. (Mark 13:32)
As we are anticipating the end times, there are three things we should be doing as members of God’s Church. We have so much hope because we are His children. Therefore we need to allow that hope to ignite our faith and carry out these three things as we await Christ’s return.
First, we must be wise. Before the rapture of the saints, be wise and study the Word of God. That's why these words are here. You don't need to stay in the dark. You need to know the Word of God. You haven't graduated from Sunday School. You know that you haven't arrived spiritually, intellectually, or academically. You have to keep learning. Stay in the Word of God and be wise so that you can see what is soon to come.
Second, we must be faithful. If ever there was a time to align your values to the Word of God, and align your finances to the Word of God, to make sure the Gospel is preached to all the world; it is now! This is why we give and why we serve. Our purpose is to glorify Jesus and align with Christ! Let’s be faithful.
Finally, we must be expectant. King Jesus is coming secretly for His saints. It can happen before we say, “Amen.” That would be fine with me. I'm ready. Are you ready? If Jesus came today, are you ready? Are you confident that when Jesus appears, you will go to heaven with Him immediately? He will change you in the twinkling of an eye.
You need to think about that. Do you know that you know that you know Him? Has there been a moment in your life when you have actually turned from sin and placed your faith in Christ? If you have not, you need to settle it once and for all, today. Regardless of where you've been, regardless of how you've served, regardless of who you are; you need to do it today.

Yes, I have accepted Jesus as my Savior and live my life for Him. You never know when your time on earth is done. So the time is now. And there are so many more that need to know Jesus
Excellent word for today . I remember my senior year of High school in art class, God brought to me the Gospel message by way of Joan Sapputo, a gal friend in class. I had no background in church , did not know anything of God's Word and I certainly was not looking for God. BUT , Father God had His eye on me . Joan was just blunt and right up front in telling me that I needed to be born again and I do not remember the other words that she shared but it caught my attention. We separated and class continued. AGAIN The Lord arranged for me to go into our school library with another girlfriend to meet up with Joan praying with Faye, another schoolmate. When I heard their prayer I thought to myself " that's me , that's me". Well, I did not become Christian then. I graduated High school and went on to live out my sinful life. Married my boyfriend but I always had a consciousness of God. Wondered what He wanted of people and would engage people in this conversation. BUT I was not a Christian. I did not come to The Lord until after my 2nd Daughter was born. God had not forgotten about me. He kept putting Himself out there to me through people and events. I was invited to a Revival Dinner at my husband's Cousin's church and I eagerly went . The guest speaker spoke as dinner was finishing and I had such conviction knowing / learning of my separation from God, I could have asked Jesus into my heart then and there. So we then moved into the evening preaching and I was sobbing by the end of the message. I almost ran down the isle . Jesus met me and I became a child of God. I was born again. ♥️ I share Jesus in the market place, people need to KNOW. One thing I've come to realize is that people do not understand that they are born separated from God . Born separated from God with that sin nature. Only realizing they are sinners, separated from God and in need of Jesus can they become born again. Bless His Holy name
