The Fullness of Jesus
Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given. (John 1:16)
Let’s take a closer look at the meaning behind John’s words. The word “fullness” actually means, “that which fills.” Therefore, Christ is the well from which we draw. Everything comes from Him. There is more than enough of Him for each of His followers, so much so that He is overflowing into our national and global society. Jesus’ life on this planet has not only affected you personally, but He has influenced our whole culture, society, and planet.
Numerous areas in human life have been affected by Jesus. He has impacted human rights, the roles of women and children, charitable giving, marriage and family dynamics, education, government, science, the arts, and so much more.
As a believer, you need to understand how Jesus has influenced each of these areas in such a way that you can clearly communicate His impact to other people. You can come to that understanding by studying your Bible, specifically the verses and chapters which talk about the way Jesus treated people during His time on earth.
Jesus set an incredible, perfect example for us on being kind, loving, gracious, generous, and encouraging to people. He showed us the importance of offering grace, while also speaking the truth in love. Also, He modeled how to be genuinely selfless and put others before yourself in all matters of life.
The fullness of Jesus and His character have permeated not just the past and His time on earth, but all of history. His influence has impacted generation after generation, because of who He is and what He did for all of us. Begin spending time in the Word of God and gaining a better understanding of the fullness of Jesus and His influence on all of humanity. When you do, you will be even more prepared to be a light for Him and to point others to Christ.

I will keep reading my Bible and learn more about how Jesus lived and treated people while here on earth. There is always more to learn
I am willing to go out on a limb like Zaacheus to be with Jesus and do whatever I can.
We should never expect to know all that pastor's know, it is there job. But Curt brings it. I can always tell when I am not in his word and will, things are all out of wack. All things come from him. Glory be to God and blessings to Mr. Dodd
