Never Give Up
We also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. – Romans 5:3-5
God doesn’t want you to give up. Even when you fail, whether it's in your business, or your personal life, or when you are challenged, don't give up. Don't surrender to the circumstances. Keep pressing on and persevere.
There was a man who once said, “I do the very best that I know how, the very best I can, and I mean to keep doing so.” Now, with this quote in mind, I want you to look at the series of events this man faced in his lifetime:
1831 – failed in business
1832 – defeated for legislature
1833 – again failed in business
1834 – elected to legislature
1835 – sweetheart died
1836 – had nervous breakdown
1838 – defeated for speaker
1840 – defeated for elector
1843 – defeated for Congress
1846 – elected to Congress
1848 – defeated for Congress
1855 – defeated for Senate
1856 – defeated for Vice President
1858 – defeated for Senate
1860 – elected President of USA – Abraham Lincoln
He was defeated, but he did not give up. So we should shouldn’t either. Don’t back down. Don’t stop and don’t throw in the towel. This man had more defeats than he had wins, but he didn't stop.
We will make the greatest impact on our culture, our society, and our families, if we will not stop and we will not back down. Keep going. If you fall down, just pick yourself up. With God's help, trust Him to give you the next steps.
Get to Jesus and let him handle the situation. Never give up.

There are situations around me that seem hopeless, yet, I know not to give up. There is a lot to do before Jesus returns again.
Your faith in Jesus requires no work. Its what provides hope. Keep praying and listen to, and obey the holy spirit, and he will guide you out of what seems hopeless. I will also pray for you ðŸ™
Jeremiah 18:12 CSB - "But they will say, 'It's hopeless. We will continue to follow our plans, and each of us will continue to act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart.' "

Romans 15:13 NIV - May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
