Show God’s Grace
But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions -- it is by grace you have been saved. (Ephesians 2:4-5)
The very heartbeat of the Church needs to be grace. Under grace, we extend love regardless of who people are, where they are on their journey, and what is happening in their life right now. We just extend God's love. We understand that God loves us so much that He will not leave us where we are.
We are on a journey. Hopefully, you are farther along on your journey with Jesus now than you were last year, or a few years ago. Wherever you are on following Christ, we can continue to grow in grace.
We should offer grace because we have received God’s grace. When you read the above passage from Ephesians, you realize that God gave you something which you didn't earn. You didn't deserve it, but He gave it, anyway. Therefore, when we come in contact with people who don’t really deserve grace, and have made mistake after mistake; we should show them grace. We need to be people of grace because we have received God's grace.

I am so thankful that my Heavenly Father shows grace to me. The pastor's wife, who is 12 years younger than me, shows me grace all the time. I am thankful that God led me to that church
