Have You Shared the Gospel?
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
One day years ago, I was in the Houston Airport standing in line to get my ticket. (This was before all of the electronic passes and apps.) As I was standing in line to get my boarding pass, a 14-year-old boy walked up to me, handed me a Bible tract, and asked me, “Do you know Jesus?” I looked at him and said, “Where are your parents?”
He literally said, “Oh no, my dad's right there.” I said, “Come with me.” I put my arm around his shoulder and took him to his dad. I said, “Sir, you don't know me, but your son did a remarkable thing. He is the first one who has ever tried to share Christ with me in all of my life, and I'm a pastor now! He is the first one who ever risked asking me personally, one-on-one, ‘Do you know Jesus?’ I have to tell you, sir, you need to be very proud of him. I thank the Lord for what you have invested in him, that he would be so bold.”
Let me ask you a question. Have you ever shared Christ with anyone personally, one-on-one? Have you taken the risk, overcome the fear of rejection, and shared the Gospel with someone God placed in your path?
I know it can be scary and intimidating. As followers of Jesus, we are commanded to share the Gospel with others. We are instructed to spread the Good News to anyone and everyone. We are told to be faithful in talking to others about the hope found in Christ Jesus.
If you have never shared the Gospel with anyone, I pray that you would follow the example of the boy in the airport. I pray that you will be bold in your obedience to spread the Good News of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection.
The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) is not the “Great Suggestion.” Jesus has commanded us “to make disciples of all nations.” Share the Good News of Christ with others today!

Amen, Praise God For Jesus!
I have shared the gospel in the past. I need to be bold and do more telling to people.
I share as much as I can. I share my testimony what the LORD did in my own life. The hardest not to share, but having them to listen is family. But, I will just keep sharing.
I am hoping my actions and My comments will make it Clear that I love JESUS and God's Will is my goal. Thank God for Grace and Mercy. The Holy Spirit's in ME !
