Showing Love
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age. (Matthew 28:19-20)
We often say that love is a feeling. I would have to disagree and tell you that love is an action. Love is something we show, not just something we say. The greatest commandment we have ever been given by Jesus Christ revolves around love. We are to love the Lord our God and we are to love others. That is the goal of our time here on earth.
Let’s look at a couple of ways we can show love to others. First, we can evangelize and share the Gospel with the people around us. Being evangelists means we will present the Gospel to everyone everywhere. Every time I have preached, I have shared an evangelistic invitation for people to turn from sin and place their faith in Christ. Do you know why? Because Jesus said those are our walking orders in The Great Commission. He commands us, “We are to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit.” Love means presenting the Gospel to all people.
Another way we can show love is to be gracious toward people. Showing grace means extending love to everyone everywhere. In other words, we need to cut people some slack. We shouldn’t be trying to measure someone’s value based upon what is going on in their life right now. Rather, we should look at them the way God sees them, thinking about what could happen in their lives in the days to come.
Being evangelists and extending grace are just two ways we can show the love of Christ to others. I encourage you to be loving toward those whom the Lord puts in your path today. Show them kindness and compassion. Share the hope of the Gospel message with them, and take every opportunity you can to point others to Jesus.

Showing love and extending grace is something I can do every day. I need to be witnessing verbally to others to win them for the sake of Jesus
Thank You LORD, GLORY TO GOD THE FATHER !
